The Epicurean Affair provides a first-hand view of the diversity and growth of the city’s food and beverage industry, showcasing cuisine from world-class chefs and nightlife from area lounges and clubs. The poolside event boasts a variety of signature dishes from as many as 70 of the city’s best restaurants and reveals what makes dining in Las Vegas a main attraction.
