Speaker John Boggs: Esq. Fine, Boggs and Perkins LLC received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Boggs has defended numerous large class-action lawsuits as well as advising clients on a wide variety of employment issues, including, pre-employment screening, employee terminations, employment agreements, discrimination and harassment, the American with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, wage and hour laws, collective bargaining negotiations, drug and alcohol testing, workers compensation issues, and various other employment-related state and federal laws.
