Effective July 1st, 2010 the Nevada Minimum Wage will increase to $7.25/Hour for Employees to whom qualifying health benefits have been made available by the employer, and to $8.25/Hour for all other employees. In order to remain up to date and compliant with their required postings for Nevada, employers must post the updated Nevada Minimum Wage bulletin. Do I need to post?

Employers in the state of Nevada, are required to post both State and Federal labor law postings where they are visible to employees and applicants. Employers who fail to post the most up-to-date labor law postings within 30 days of regulation changes, could face fines running into thousands of dollars.
