Nevada Restaurant Association organizes a wide array of events each year designed to bring members of the Association and the community together to celebrate all that makes Nevada one of the most renowned gastronomical locations in the world. International Restaurant Show
Held annually at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Las Vegas International Restaurant Show draws more than 30,000 attendees each year. Restaurateurs and suppliers from across the nation and around the world come to Las Vegas each year for this exciting event, where they know they’ll find the latest products, the newest ideas and the most extraordinary networking opportunities available.
The Las Vegas Epicurean Affair provides a first-hand view of the diversity of the city’s food and beverage industry. Set in a lush poolside paradise, this event encourages guests to experience it all - from savory cuisine and succulent cocktails, to stunning sights and sounds of sultry surroundings and luxurious landscape. Las Vegas Epicurean Affair brings together the city’s hottest restaurants, nightclubs, and beverage purveyors to entice and entertain guests’ culinary fantasies with an endless temptation of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in a sensual and vibrant atmosphere that is undoubtedly Las Vegas. Boasting a variety of signature dishes from nearly 75 of the city’s restaurants and beverage purveyors, this event reveals what makes dining in Las Vegas a main attraction.

 Culinary Excellence Award Gala
Hosted annually in late autumn, the Culinary Excellence Awards honors the industry's shining stars - those who have gone above and beyond to make a significant different in the Nevada restaurant industry. Be apart of the celebration with professionals that represent the industry at its best and make Nevada a world class restaurant destination. Outstanding individuals are recognized in three categories: Allied Member of the Year, Restaurant Employee of the Year, and Restaurateur of the Year.
Presented by the Nevada Restaurant Association (NvRA), these events, often luncheons, raise funds for the NRA-PAC and NvRA-PAC, which back candidates running for office who have demonstrated support for concerns facing the restaurant industry. Often providing elected officials as guest speakers, these events are a terrific opportunity to get up-to-date on current affairs through first hand information from local and state legislative representatives while networking with other members of the restaurant community.
The NvRA and the Nevada Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NvRAEF) are the state’s premier providers of educational resources, materials, and programs for the restaurant industry. We offer timely seminars that address a wide range of needs - developing and retaining your workforce, awareness training for food-borne illnesses, restaurant safety, understanding labor laws and much more.
