The Nevada Restaurant Association has been working closely with Clark County’s Business Licensing department regarding the temporary expansion of alcohol delivery. As of May 08, 2020, Clark County’s Business Licensing has determined that restaurants will be allowed to offer the delivery of certain types of alcohol with the purchase of food. This temporary license is effective immediately and will be evaluated on September 30, 2020.
In addition, because the license is part of the Governor's Directive, applications or fees are not required at this time. Our industry considers this a big step towards assisting restaurants in the pursuit of recovery.
