Your Role in the Program

As a valued partner in the Workforce Development Program, we simply ask for your support in a few key areas so that we can continue to improve and keep this program free for participants. 

• Hire a program graduate or enroll a current employee in training
• Support training completion with schedule flexibility and communication
• Evaluate participants for advancement after training
• Provide employment data at 30, 60, 180, and 365 days
• Participate in workforce development activities (job fairs, networking, panels, feedback)
