VIP early admission will include access to the event at 6:00 p.m., an hour before the scheduled general admission which begins at 7:00 p.m.
Event proceeds help support the Nevada Restaurant Association's educational and scholarship programs, such as ProStart, a national high school culinary skill and restaurant management program.
Attendees must be 21 years or older to attend.
