​knowledge of a strong workforce!

ServSafe® Food Manager Certification

Nevada requires one person on each shift to be certified to answer questions from an inspector. A ServSafe certification is recommended for managers, cooks, front line employees or the shift PIC (person in charge).
The ServSafe Food Safety program provides value beyond certification, and the course is ANSI Certified.

ServSafe® Alcohol Certification

Strongly recommended for servers, bartenders, cashiers/sellers of alcohol
The ServSafe Alcohol® program provides value beyond certification.
Mandated for those who serve or handle liquor in the state of Nevada and ANSI certified.
*The ServSafe Alcohol® program is the same required program such as TAM or Alcohol Awareness.

ServSafe® Food Handler Certification

Training for individuals working in or managing food establishments is available for the Southern Nevada Health Department's Health Card. This training can be completed online through the National Restaurant Association or in-person classes can be arranged through the Nevada Restaurant Association. Development Training
