A Send-Off Fit for a Champion
Nevada's restaurant community came together at our March Mix & Mingle to honor Chef Ellie Parker -- and what started as a networking event turned into something none of us will forget.
Chef Parker, who has proudly represented Nevada on the national stage, was heading out before her shift when the room had a surprise waiting for her. Nevada's U.S. Senators, members of Congress, and state legislators stopped by to personally thank Chef for her service to the industry and to the state -- sending her off with the recognition she deserved.
The evening was a reminder of what makes this industry special: the people. From the kitchen to the Capitol, Nevada's restaurant community shows up for each other.

The Epicurean Affair in full swing. Over 35 years of bringing Nevada's best chefs, restaurants, and cocktails together for one unforgettable night. All proceeds fund ProStart scholarships.
