ServSafe Food Manager
The ServSafe Food Manager certification is the industry standard for food safety training and is required by Nevada health districts for at least one certified manager per food establishment. NvRA is Nevada's authorized ServSafe provider.
Our instructor-led courses prepare you for the ServSafe Food Manager exam with practical, real-world food safety knowledge. The certification is valid for five years and is recognized nationwide.
Classes are held 9:30 AM -- 5:30 PM at 2320 Paseo Del Prado Bldg-B Suite 103, Las Vegas, NV 89102. There is a one-hour lunch break. Please bring a No. 2 pencil and one valid, current photo ID with signature. Bring your book to class. Fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance. Transfers may be made at least six business days before class. Classes may be cancelled if fewer than 10 people are registered.
