Frequently Asked Questions

How is my membership tier determined?
Membership tiers are based on your establishment's annual gross sales and employee count. We use the higher of the two criteria. If you are unsure which tier applies, contact our membership team and we will help you find the right fit.
Can I join mid-year?
Yes. You can join at any time and your membership runs for 12 months from your join date. All benefits are available immediately upon joining.
Do I get National Restaurant Association membership too?
Yes. Everyone who joins the NvRA gets National Restaurant Association membership included.
What if I have multiple locations?
Multi-unit operators can apply for a single membership covering all Nevada locations. Contact our membership team to discuss multi-location pricing and benefits.
I am a vendor, not a restaurant. Is this the right membership?

What Sets NvRA Apart

Nevada-Focused

We fight exclusively for Nevada operators. Our lobbying, legal, and member resources are built around Nevada law, Nevada regulators, and Nevada legislators.

Since 1982

Over four decades of relationships with lawmakers, regulators, and industry partners in Carson City and Washington, D.C.

Operator-Led

Our board and committees are made up of working restaurant operators. Every position NvRA takes reflects what operators on the ground actually need.

Full-Service

Advocacy, legal, training, networking, and cost savings — all in one membership. No need to piece together resources from multiple organizations.
